摘要: 骨料与沥青之间的黏附性对于沥青混凝土性能具有重要的影响,但传统测试方法存在难以定量表征的缺陷。本文研究提出了一种基于粘结强度的骨料与沥青黏附性测试方法,选用石灰岩和花岗岩骨料,测试其与沥青在不同水浴温度和时间条件下的粘结强度,并对比了花岗岩掺加抗剥落剂后的效果。结果表明:干燥条件下石灰岩、花岗岩与沥青的粘结强度差异不大;浸水后粘结强度随浸水温度和时间增加而衰减,花岗岩衰减速率远高于石灰岩;抗剥落剂可提升花岗岩的抗水侵蚀能力。破坏模式分析显示,浸水使花岗岩与沥青之间由粘聚破坏转为黏附破坏,抗剥落剂可恢复其粘聚破坏模式。基于试验结果,建议以残留粘结强度比作为定量评价骨料-沥青黏附性的指标。

Abstract: The adhesion between aggregates and bitumen has a significant impact on the performance of asphalt concrete, yet traditional testing methods suffer from the limitation of being difficult to quantify. This study proposes a testing method for aggregate-bitumen adhesion based on bonding strength, using limestone and granite aggregates to measure their bonding strength with bitumen under different water immersion temperatures and durations. The effects of adding anti-stripping agents to granite were also compared. The results indicate that under dry conditions, the bonding strength of limestone and granite with bitumen shows little difference. After immersion, the bonding strength decreases with increasing immersion temperature and time, with granite exhibiting a much higher decay rate than limestone. Anti-stripping agents can enhance the water erosion resistance of granite. Failure mode analysis reveals that immersion shifts interface between granite and bitumen from cohesive failure to adhesive failure, while anti-stripping agents can restore its cohesive failure mode. Based on the experimental results, it is recommended to use the residual bonding strength ratio as a quantitative indicator for evaluating aggregate-asphalt adhesion.
