摘要: 合理确定生态流量是保障河流生态系统健康的基础。研究通过融合现有Tennant法、近10年最枯月平均流量法、90%保证率月平均流量法和年内展布法,提出一种考虑加权综合与下限约束调整的融合计算方法。以黄河上游第一大支流洮河的5个控制断面为研究区域,进行方法性能评估,结果表明:使用融合方法计算的各断面逐月生态流量呈清晰合理的季节性特征,能较好刻画不同季节维持河流生态功能的生态需水过程。研究成果可为流域生态流量管控和水库生态调度提供科学依据。

Abstract: Rational determination of ecological flow is fundamental for maintaining the health of river ecosystems. This study proposes a fusion calculation method incorporating weighted integration and lower-bound constraint adjustment by combining the existing Tennant method, minimum monthly flow of the driest month in the recent 10 years method, 90% guarantee rate monthly flow method, and annual distribution method. The method performance is evaluated at five control sections along the Taohe River, the largest tributary in the upper Yellow River Basin. Results show that the monthly ecological flows calculated by the fusion method exhibit clear and reasonable seasonal characteristics, effectively reflecting the ecological water demand processes required to sustain river ecological functions in different seasons. Findings can provide scientific support for ecological flow regulation and reservoir ecological dispatching in river basins.
